Action Taken

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, FrivEvo will:

Review the complaint in a timely manner
Remove or restrict access to the infringing content if the claim is verified
Notify the content contributor, when applicable, about the complaint

Counter Notification

If you believe that content removed from FrivEvo was taken down in error or misidentified, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

Identification of the removed content and its previous location
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification
Your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts for legal resolution
Your name, contact details, and physical or electronic signature

If a valid counter-notice is received, the removed content may be restored unless the original complainant initiates legal action within the required timeframe.
