Action Taken

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, FrivEvo will:

  • Notify the content contributor, when applicable, about the complaint

Counter Notification

If you believe that content removed from FrivEvo was taken down in error or misidentified, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

  • Identification of the removed content and its previous location
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification
  • Your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts for legal resolution
  • Your name, contact details, and physical or electronic signature

If a valid counter-notice is received, the removed content may be restored unless the original complainant initiates legal action within the required timeframe.
